Whats Up Tucson and Ken Carr reserve the right to approve or reject any sponsored content or any content on Whats Up Tucson’s social media channels or on WhatsUpTucson.com.

Sponsored content that is encouraged:
-Events that Tucsonans would be possibly interested in
-Things that would benefit people living in Tucson
-Posts that promote a local business, brand or event

Sponsored content that may be rejected includes:
-Political ads
-Religious focused advertising — specifically anything promoting one religion or religious viewpoint over others
-Anything illegal
-Anything that is determined to be fraudulent or misrepresented
-Porn or adult only content
-Dogs or cats for sale
-Any content that may include offensive language or images.
-Ads that do not reflect the current community or state guidelines regarding coronavirus or general public sentiment.
-I also may not accept advertising if it does not clearly have a Tucson focus or interest. After all, this is Whats Up Tucson.

If any content is determined to be inappropriate for Whats Up Tucson after it’s paid for (but hasn’t posted yet), you’ll receive a full refund.

 

By purchasing any content that is posted on Whats Up Tucson’s social media platforms or website, you agree to payment in advance. If you request that content is removed later for any reason after it has already been posted, you will not receive a refund. Refunds will only be provided if content has not yet been posted on Whats Up Tucson’s social media channels or website. If you purchase a package and request a refund, you will receive a pro-rated amount if some content has been posted.

Original content on Whats Up Tucson may be subject to copyright. All other content is owned by each respective social media account holder, business or advertiser, or website owner. All terms set forth by each social media website applies.

If you purchase advertising on Whats Up Tucson’s Instagram, it is required that you have a “Professional” Instagram account so it can be marked as “Paid Promotion” to meet Instagram requirements for paid content. If you are not able to meet this requirement, you will receive a refund.

Ads on Whats Up Tucson’s X feed will have a #ad designation, to meet FTC government requirements for indicating that it’s paid advertising/promotion. If you do not want that designation on your advertising, it will not be posted and you will receive a refund.

Whats Up Tucson is owned and produced by Ken Carr, a really fun sweetheart of a guy with fabulous hair.
